PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.  Simple Paper box reserves the right to change, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ALL PRICES ARE FOB Hallam, PA

Please note that all production and shipping turnaround times are estimates. Simplex Paper Box will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of production and delivery schedules, in no case shall Simplex Paper Box be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Production costs are subject to change based on changes in material, labor and other cost considerations, which may be amended to take effect immediately. Shipping and delivery for orders are fulfilled by UPS ground or common carrier unless otherwise specified.  Simplex Box Company assumes no monetary liability to errors, delays or damage to customer products as a result of shipping as damages are the responsibility of the courier or freight company fulfilling the deliver. In the event that the customer received damaged products, Simplex Paper Box will assist the customer in opening an investigation to claim damages and compensation from the shipping company.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
With all purchases, Simplex Paper Box includes a limited warranty, return, or replacement options. If we find an issue with quality or production on our end, we will happily replace or discount the product sold.

If you have ordered stock in error, the product may be returned in an unused and undamaged condition. Upon receipt of the product, a credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee.

There are no returns accepted for custom printed or hot stamped products.

ELECTRONIC FILES - including customer submitted artwork or graphics
When computer-generated artwork files are submitted for printing production the artwork should ideally be created in Adobe Illustrator. Acceptable formats from the Adobe Illustrator application would be an .ai .eps or .pdf. If a photographic image is used for artwork, the file must be a minimum of 300 dpi at the final size of the reproduction. This is commonly referred to as "high resolution" in the industry. Acceptable file formats for photographic images would be .tiff, .ps, .jpg or .pdf. Providing finished files will help avoid delays and additional expense.

Simplex Paper Box is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to the provided artwork.

Please follow this guide carefully to prepare and send us your artwork files.

PRINTING PLATES

This refers to the material in which the image is transferred to the box. Plates are required for every custom imprint and will be billed with the first order.

COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING

Any PMS ink is available.

Simplex Paper Box is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. While Simplex Paper Box will try it's best to match the gradient density of each color, Simplex Box is not liable for the final appearance of a color.

OVERRUNS OR UNDERRUNS
Due to the production processes involved in the manufacturing of your custom imprint, it is not possible to determine the exact quantity we will complete. Please indicate your desired quantity using one of the following methods.

"Standard Trade Practice" - You will be billed for the exact quantity shipped, not to exceed 10% over or under the quantity you have ordered.

"No Overs" - It is possible your order could run short by more than 10%.

PAYMENT
Until an open account is established, orders will have to be prepaid with payment made by Mastercard, VISA, certified check, money order or cash. C.O.D. is also acceptable. Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment. A $25.00 service charge will be added to your account for each check returned to us for insufficient funds.

USE OF CUSTOMER PACKAGING IMAGES
Products that Simplex Paper Box manufactures may be photographed and used on Simplexpaperbox.com website and marketing channels for marketing purposes. If customer wish to opt out, please send us an email to kfeeser@simplexbox.com.

CONTACT INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
You are responsible for updating and advising Simplex Paper Box of any change of email, phone number and shipping address that is different from your invoice or order. Simplex Paper Box shall have no liability for any errors, losses or damages of any kind resulting from failure to update your account and shipping information. Changes of contact information and shipping address during the production process may be subject to extra charges.

TERMS

With an established account, terms are 30 days with a service charge of 1 1/2% per month after 30 days. To avoid C.O.D. charges, payment in advance is welcome!
